Payments, Pricing, and Insurance:
I accept payment by HSAs, cash, check or credit card. I am not an in-network provider with any insurance panels.
While I don’t process payments through healthcare insurers, I’m happy to provide you with a superbill (a detailed receipt) for submission to your insurance provider for qualifying reimbursements under your healthcare plan. I encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider prior to your first session to find out if they provide out-of-network reimbursement, if you have a deductible that needs to be met before being reimbursed, and what percentage is reimbursed per session.
It is important to note that insurance requires I provide you with a diagnosis that becomes a part of your medical file and could be considered a pre-existing condition. If you have further questions about payment, fees, or insurance reimbursement please reach out to me using the form on the left.
